W. RYAN ZIEGLER
FOUNDER AND CEO
Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience in audiovisual production, having previously led video departments for two corporate AV companies and owned a talent agency supporting events around the world. He designs reliable production systems, mentors his team by example, and never stops learning. He ensures his clients benefit from the latest innovations and adopt the technologies that keep them at the forefront of their industry.
Jonnathan Reed
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jonnathan brings more than 15 years of experience in broadcast production, livestreaming, event AV, audio engineering, graphic design, and technical operations. A U.S. Army veteran with a background in intelligence analysis and team leadership, he combines technical expertise with a calm, solutions-focused approach to delivering live, hybrid, and corporate events.
Matthew Stoeski
Lead Cinematographer and Editor
Matthew is a filmmaker and video production professional with more than five years of experience in cinematography, directing, editing, and color grading. At Elevation Media NYC, he oversees projects from pre-production through final delivery, creating polished, cinematic content that reflects each client's story and objectives.
