The challenge
CREATING A GLOBAL BROADCAST WITHOUT LEAVING HEADQUARTERS
Benefit Street Partners wanted to elevate the look and feel of its annual all-hands meeting. Rather than moving to an external venue, the goal was to create a polished broadcast from the company's New York headquarters—allowing executives to address employees around the world from a familiar environment.
The program consisted of four consecutive sessions featuring executive presentations, panel discussions, and live presentations supported by decks. The production needed to maintain a consistent, engaging visual experience while keeping presenters comfortable and the program moving smoothly.

Careful planning made the production feel effortless.
Our team evaluated multiple conference rooms, selected the location best suited for production, and planned around the building's natural light, power availability, and room layout to create a broadcast environment within an everyday office.
Working closely with the client's producers, we mapped every transition, microphone change, presentation cue, and camera position before event day. To keep the program moving without interruption, we doubled the number of available microphones so each panel could be prepared while the previous session remained live.
When technical challenges arose with an integrated third-party streaming platform, our team worked directly with remote technical resources to resolve issues behind the scenes—keeping the production on schedule and allowing presenters to stay focused on the meeting rather than the technology.
The meeting was broadcast live to employees around the world with uninterrupted coverage, giving executives a professional platform to communicate company updates. The switched program feed and isolated recordings also created valuable assets for future internal communications.
Most importantly, the production gave Benefit Street Partners a polished, reliable platform for executive communications—one they've continued to trust us to deliver for subsequent events.
